My daughter needs a pc for doing her gcse's (cad cam) what or which 1 is best?

as i said in previous posts my daughter is picking her options in a couple of weeks and needs a better laptop than out dell inspire mini. she needs a 4gb hard ware (i think) and as much ram as possible. also a disk drive space and multiple usb ports. we need an appropriate one for her designing work and cad cam. can a a link to a good computer. and also if it could be below 500 pounds i would be grateful.thank you.
